When the members of the Villalobos animal rescue team in New Orleans received a call about a neglected pit bull that was spotted in a bad neighborhood, they had to be on their toes. The ill-treated dog had been nursing, and if her babies were nearby, she might behave unpredictably. But what she did when they arrived surprised everyone.

I love that she just knew that they were there to help her, and led them straight to her babies. Thanks to her, rescuers were able to get to her puppies just in time.
