This Guy Had A Tiny Back Yard. What He Built In Will Leave You Green With Envy

Anyone can build a swimming pool in their back yard, but it takes a special kind of person to build a swimming
pond

in their back yard.

Never heard of a swimming pond before? Prepare yourself, it’s a phenomenal idea that this unique family embraced. They constructed one in their own yard and the results were more epic than you could ever imagine.

This is what the yard looked like a couple of years ago

The plan was to build a Swimming Pond!

.

First part was digging the hole for the main pool

.

This took the longest and had to be done in a small space

.

This does look quite fun though

The filtering system went underground in to the room at the end of this picture

.

Here is a view of the house

The work was done by a father and son who had no experience in building a swimming pool or a pond

.

Even the daughter/sister got involved

.

The lining was then put down

And then they started filling it up

Here is the irrigation system in their garage

The stones were then carefully placed, taking a very long time apparently

.

It’s looking good though!

After a while they decided to improve the job further and add some decking

I don’t know about you but that is one of the coolest things I have ever seen. I hadn’t even heard of a Swimming Pond and now it’s all that I want in my life

.

This father and son just showed us all what can be done with a lot of hard work and determination

.
