Disappointed Game of Thrones Fans Murder George RR Martin In Gruesome Fashion

George RR Martin was found stabbed to death today in his home in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Preliminary reports suggest he was stabbed seven times and a blood soaked note was left stuck to his chest. The note had only one word on it “Traitor”

Online blogs and forums have blown up with theories as to why this murder took place. The most prominent theory is that angry fans took to their own devices to show their dissatisfaction with the recent season five of Game of Thrones, which has widely been dubbed a complete flop compared to the previous four seasons.

Fans of the show have flocked to the late writers house to express their sadness. However the scene quickly turned nasty as some visitors pointed out the flaws in season five. While other fights broke out when people began to criticize the late writer for not finishing the book series.

Police arrested 19 people and 4 people where hospitalized during the mayhem in Santa Fe.

Police are currently following up several leads and it is rumored that the FBI will be taking over the case at some point today.

A search of George RR Martins house has revealed a 2000 page draft for the latest edition of the book.

Crime scene photos have not been released yet. But eye witness reports from sources within the local police department have said “Its a truly gruesome crime scene”
