As you’ll all know by now, America’s Supreme Court ruled this week that sex-same marriage is legal nationwide. Voted in by 5 votes to 4, it’s clear that gay marriage is still a deeply divisive issue in a country where some states still frown on homosexuality.

After a decade of bitter legal disputes, it seems that the ‘land of the free’ has finally started to accept that gay rights are pretty important.

It’s a shame that the gay marriage haters can’t show the same sort of love and humility that these campaigners have. We’d all be living in a much better world if they did.
