What’s in a name? A whole lot of jokes, memes, and the wrong kind of second glances if you choose the wrong one. Sometimes names are just outdated. Sometimes they just don’t make sense in another country or language. Other times they were just flat out bad ideas from the beginning. These 25 entries belong well and truly in the latter.
For each one of these try and imagine the meetings that went on. Imagine the powers that be sitting around a table and thinking that it’s a good idea to call their business…

The name of a business can be one of the most important factors in how successful it is. A name has to be unique, give a good sense of the business, and sound good on the tongue. This lot didn’t tick that box but they did make us smile, every cloud I suppose.
